About Us

Elk Mound Seed Company is a family owned and operated business. Originally a feed elevator for Zutter Elevator's from 1940-60, it was also known as Elk Mound Feed & Farm Supply. The company has since transformed into primarily a seed company and is still owned by descendents of the Zutter's.

We take great pride in offering our customers the best quality seed available. The purity and germination in our seed is the highest quality in the food plot industry. Our claim is not fancy packaging, but high quality seed at great prices.

Elk Mound Seed launched its food plot product line in 2000 and has since expanded to four MonsterBuck deer mixes and two MonsterBuck turkey mixes. Our individual seeds have also expanded, carrying five types of clover, sugar beets, turnips, canola (rape) and many more varieties. Check out our Full Product List.
