This is the original seed mix developed to recover abandoned trails and logging roads. The seeds in this mix will establish plants in a broad range of soil types, with varying growing conditions. Attracts deer and turkeys along with other species. Minimal maintenance required here. Recover abandoned roadways & trails with selected hardy plants which produce well on marginal soils, including 90% perennials with about a 5 year survival.

MonsterBuck's Brassica Mix is a combination of winter rye, canola (rape) and turnips. This mix is great in the fall for forage. Planting these three seeds for forage will get you a lot of foilage and also very quick to germinate. When planting this mix in the fall, the winter rye will reach about two feet and then go dormant. The following spring, the rye will come back to life. This gives the grower the option to let the rye go to seed or to plow it under as a green manure. In the fall, try to plant a minimum of 4-6 weeks before your average frost date.

MonsterBuck's Annual Forage Blend is a mixture of early maturing oats, canola (rape), and turnips. This palatable mix can be seeded in either the spring or fall. When spring seeded, it is a great fit for areas that are newly broken ground. The products in this mix are aggressive and will compete with weed pressures. When fall seeded, it is an excellent option for individuals who intend to plant another crop right away the following spring. Try to plant a minimum of 4-6 weeks before your average frost date.
